#1070 Make it easy to find specific files by name or path

I work with projects containing hundreds of files, but the current Project Files dialog makes it very hard to sift through the project files quickly.

I propose a "quick filter" that allows the user to type a string and filter out non-matching entries from the files table (this filter should not be confused with "file filters" that parse source files).

• The filter will activate automatically when the user types into the dialog.
• It will be easily dismissable via the Esc key. Upon dismissing, the full, unfiltered file table is restored.
• While the filter is active, the user can navigate the file table with the arrow keys and select one with the Enter key (same as clicking an entry).
