Added possibility to use user customized templates for segment modification info. There are two templates:
- one for segments with date
- second for segments without date
For time and date variables 4 alternatives are provided:
- normal
- normal based on Country
- short
- short based on Country
Country based alternatives are usefull for example when running OmegaT GUI in english, but want to have time/date in other region format.
