There are some inconsistences with the Project Settings dialog.
The InstantStartGuide mentions the "Project Settings dialog".
The title of the dialog is "Edit Project".
The menu item calling the dialog is "Project - Properties...".

I my opinion, it should everywhere be "Project Settings", accordingly to "Project Files".

I don't think there is a problem with the UI. Didier is in charge there. I'll see what's the best wording for the manual.

While not stellar, the UI terms are not that awful, and changing them means another de-translating for localizers (each time we change something in the UI, all versions except English and French display English terms).

We'll keep them like that for the time being.

Because "Project properties" is used numerous times, I deleted the 4 occurrences of "Project Settings" that where first level of indexterm and where confusing.

As regard the name of the dialog (currently "Edit project"), I let you decide if it is better or not to rename it into "Project properties".
