When a TU does not have a source value, OmegaT generates a warning:
Warning: Source segment could not be located for certain translation units. These units have been skipped. (TMXR_WARNING_SOURCE_NOT_FOUND)
It appears that OmegaT also ignores valid TUs found after the problematic TU.
