#1320 Can't load Teamproject from GitHub

I just noticed that I'm no longer able to download the translation project for Dutch (nl) from GitHub.
Loading the project fails with:

"Loading specificed project failed!

Location '5.8/src/org/omegat/Bundle.properties' does not exist in repository https://raw.githubusercontent.com/omegat-org/omegat/releases/

I have removoed corresponding "5.8" entry.
I tested and works well with most recent OmegaT 6.1.0 Beta Weekly releaase.

I think now doc_src has required all content in the repository.
We don't need a mapping from omegat-org/omegat repository. I will work it asap.

Now, maitainance for omegat-l10n/nl is done.
source mapping become simple as well.
