#1317 Special character like "[" in file name causes tmx save failure

The issue persists in the latest build of OmegaT (6.1.0). When I finished aligning files and tried to save the result, the save process always fail when "[" or "]" was in the file name. The directory where the tmx file should be after I press the "save" button remains empty.
