#1310 List of available spellcheck dictionaries not usefully sorted

The list of available spellcheck dictionaries (in application preferences under "Spellchecker" when "Install new language..." is selected) is not sorted, but should be.

The screenshot should be self-explanatory.

Tested in 6.0.1.

OmegaT 6.1.0 bundled language modules, which brings spell checker dictionaries.
A list of dictionaries are sorted. Dictionary downloader is removed in 6.1.0 Beta.
