#1308 No automatic spellchecking in 6.0.1

Summary: even though the "spellcheck" option is checked by default and the necessary dictionaries are downloaded if necessary, spellchecking does not occur automatically.

1. The configuration folder is emptied.
2. When I open the (JA-FR) project, the FR dictionaries are automatically downloaded.
3. The "spellcheck" preference is on but spellchecking does not happen.
4. Reloading the project does not trigger spellchecking.
5. Unckecking "spellcheck" and rechecking it, triggers the spellchecking.

What should happen : OmegaT should spellcheck automatically without the user having to do anything.
