#2 unhelpful error message on wrong parameters

When an argument is missing from a command (I discovered this by mistakenly typing 'odfsvn add <URL>' instead of 'odfsvn add <FILE> <URL>'), the program raises a "hell" exception, which provides the user with no useful feedback on what was wrong.

It would be better to inform the user about the mistake, I had to dig into the source code in order to find out...

I have patched in some code for import and info commands so far to give a syntax error. More will come. This is in the new SVN repo on SF.
