#282 ODT->DOCX;VML Arrow width incompatible in OOX and ODT

In ODT you can set a width for the left arrowhead, the line and the right arrowhead. In OOX it is just a value for the line and this will affect the width
of both arrowheads as well.
In OOX no values can be set for the width of arrowheads. There are 9 fixed widths and we can only use them.
Since there is no exact mapping for arrow widths, this is a compatibility issue and hence incompatible
