#244 DOCX: UPPER-Parameter of w:fldSimple not translated

Direction: DOCX to ODF
Feature: "UPPER" parameter of w:fldSimple

If a field itself is not upper case in the docx file, but the field is referenced by <w:fldSimple w:instr=" XXX \* UPPER \* ..."> in the code, then the "UPPER" parameter leads to upper case. There is no such feature in OpenOffice, so after conversion, the text of the field is not upper case anymore.
