#114 Unexact chart display due to lack of chart size

When chart area bitmap fill is tiled in Calc, the size of a tile depends on chart width and height. However theese properties are not explicitly given in Excel code. There is only position (in col/row number plus col/row offset) of top-left and bottom-right corner of the frame in drawing.xml file.
