#3 Deffrequester

The player who needs Deff writes in a Formular, howmany
deff he needs for one village. he can set
-Speer(needet+techs)
-Schwert(needet+techs)
-Skav(needet+techs)
-all(when he sets speer,schwert or skav, it's the summ
of this three but he can change it)

On the mainpage it should give a list of all deffrequests.
Sombody can now send deff to this village. he writes in
another formular how many he had sent to the village.
so the fields "speer","schwert" or "Skav"-needet sink...
