Using Shift-click (and Ctrl-click) to select multiple rows clears the IsSelected for all items. Using mouse dragging to select multiple rows shows the items as selected instead. It is most desirable for both methods to result in the same SelectedObjects.

Correction. Ctrl-click works. Shift-click is the only impacted mode.
