[Obi-devel] slides uploaded to OBI developer folder in SVN

Hi.  I have uploaded the presentations from Monday's OBI developer call into the SVN here: http://obi.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/obi/trunk/docs/developer/OBI%20Developer%20Call%20Presentations/

Included in this folder:

1.  a ppt slide set on recent changes to the CL top level structure, and expanding this modeling in ReO or OBI to describe additional experimental cell types (includes some discussion of how to interpret and model the notion of being 'experimentally modified')

2. a ppt slide set with principles and examples for the use of roles in ReO and OBI for defining reagents (including molecular tracer)

3. a word doc summarizing the planned updates for molecular label/tracer modeling, which will be implemented shortly.
