FYI,

In keeping with the spirit of keeping everyone up to date when we cite or
refer to OBI in our work. I would like to bring you attention to a
manuscript entitled Developing ontologies in decentralised settings. The
existence of OBI is really just mentioned here, as an example of community
ontology development rather than any technical detail.
