Melanie, I know what you are trying to say, and agree with that approach for terms that should clearly be in IDO or other ontologies. However, the 'vaccine' example is different: We had long discussions on it, and ended up saying that it should live in OBI. VO aims for placing all its terms into multiple relevant outside ontologies, similar to what I envision for the IEDB ontology. - Bjoern Melanie Courtot wrote: > I totally agree with that.
