"Add a setting for code folding during loading"

Multi-pasting and keeping the undo stack
Re-enabled reasonable multi-pasting, which was disabled by the interface between Scintilla and wxStyledTextCtrl.
Kept the undo stack after the saving process.
Added a build script for wxWidgets. CAREFUL: you've to rebuild NumeRe first before you're able to use this script.

Added initial copy of ScintillaWX.cpp for bugfixing the multi-paste option.

- Clusters are working but not finally tested
- The fitting algorithm was reworked but not finally commented
- The inlining algorithm works but will be extended to be able to handle local variable declarations
