We are preparing instructions for Language Pack creators, but I do not have any dates when it will be available.
Creation of language pack does not require any programming actually.
At the moment you can try to do it without instructions.
Just grab editor.
Run it
java -jar numberrace-langs-editor-VERSION.jar
and try to figure out what it does :) (read windows' titles)
"Tool bar" buttons:
R - resources (files, sounds, images)
M - messages (text in the game)
"RUN" (right top conner) will create langpack and run NumberRace.
BTW, to use editor you need numberrace installed.

At the moment sounds need to be : uncompressed(.WAV), samplerate = 22050 Hz, samplesize=16 bit, mono.
Starting v3 we move to OGG (OGA) sounds and v3 will need additional sounds (numbers 0 - 40)
