#7 Added default bindings to move workspaces between screens

Here's a patch that adds functionality to the default set of bindings to move workspaces between screens. I don't particularly care for the bindings themselves, but the default set needs SOMETHING so that a user can customize their own config by cutting/pasting the lua.
