#28 SPen Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and 4 doesn't work

Hi,
We have a problem on android phone (Note 8 and Note 4), Our SPen is not working.. just simple. We can only use fingers..
W've tested on Android 6.01 Samsung Note 4 SM-N910F and on Samsung Note 8 Android 7.1.1 SM-N950F

Thank You for reporting this.
It is good to know someone is using Nootka with stylus. I had never such a tools in my hands, so I never tested Nootka with that but I thought it should work the same way like with fingers.

I checked what I can do with that and
first of all, please check new Nootka alpha version:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/nootka/files/Nootka-1.5.0-alpha1/Nootka-1.5.0-alpha1-b1500.apk/download
There is less functionality yet, but all visible part is written from scratch with framework more suitable for mobile devices. This version may coexist with stable release.
So if can confirm that SPen works there, it will determine my next steps.
