When I compile any of the (Full 0.8.2) source branches, it errors out with the following:
../win/noegnud/noegnud_interface.c:5:23: SDL_mixer.h: No such file or directory
make[2]: *** [../win/noegnud/noegnud_interface.o] Error 1
...
make[1]: *** [noegnud-0.8.0-slashem-0.06E4F8] Error 2
...
make: *** [se006e4f8] Error 2
I am attempting to install SDL mixer right now and will repost once it compiles and I get a chance to test it out. If anyone has any other ideas I would like to hear them.

OK, that fixed it. From the "It's all about choice" I thought that sdl was not required, but I guess I was wrong. Hope that this helps others. It is working after installing SDL-Mixer

ha, i got the same problem, but i just installed the SDL-mixer libraries. what's up with that?
sdl_mixer is used for sound
