#102 Use FCKeditor as external SVN project

Since we use a 1:1 copy from FCKeditor it would be easier, if we use it as external SVN project!

Things todo:
* Drop current FCKeditor files
* Use "svn:externals" property for fckeditor folder
* Add note to SVN snapshot page <http://nocc.sourceforge.net/download/snapshot.php>
* Disable "Send mail in HTML format" option, if FCKeditor missing

Ok, I commit this change to SVN:

Check for file 'fckeditor/fckeditor.php' to enable option 'Send mail in HTML format'

Drop old FCKeditor files and add "svn:externals" property

Now we need only a note at SVN snapshot page...

Ok, the SVN Snapshot page has now a note about the missing FCKeditor source code!
