#303 NOCC display source code instead of form

I just upgraded to nocc 1.1, and I noticed a strange
behaviour.
At the bottom of the message list, instead of the form
which allow to switch pages, I see the source code.

I looked at the source code and I think the issue is here:
in the html_top_table.php file there is just:

<?php echo $page_line ?>
while in the html_bottom_table.php there is:
<?php echo htmlentities($page_line, ENT_COMPAT, 'UTF-8') ?>

Same thing for '$prev' and '$next'.
Are they any reason why htmlentities is called for
footer and not for header?
