If I open a mail message in a seperate window and
decide to delete the message in that seperate window,
the mail has been deleted correctly. When I go back to
the window that displays my INBOX (the source window
of the seperate window) and then delete the same
message from the INBOX, I expect to see a message
that the mail message doesn't exist anymore. In stead
of this message NOCC deletes the next message, that
received the same number then the mail had in the
seperate window.

I'm working on it. To bypass this issue, we need to reload
the mail list in the opener windows each time we delete a
mail in the child window.
But the only way I see to do it is to use Javascript, and
the simple script window.opener.location.reload() works with
Firefox, but doesn't with Safari (and I didn't tried yet
with Internet Explorer or other browsers)

Just as a suggestion:
Maybe it is possible to delete messages using the unique
mail ID in stead of the index of the message in the list.

I'll try to use your suggestion, but if I remember, some
IMAP functions need the mail index, and other IMAP functions
need the mail ID.

We can't use uid mail because imap_uid function doesn't work
with POP3 mailboxes :

I understand the problem.
A solution could be to retrieve the header of the mail being
deleted and check the UID of the mail retrieved against the
mail being deleted, before actually deleting the mail.
If the UIDs not match, a message could be displayed that the
mail has already been deleted.

It's now fixed in CVS.
I have used the Javascript solution, it's the only one which can be use with
POP3 and IMAP mailboxes.
