#137 Fatal font bug TXT2PDF

Nowadays TXT2PDF produces an error 110, when a file is opened with Acrobat Reader. The solution seems to be to change the font specification from "Courier" to "/Courier" in (or near) line 89 of the source file TXT2PDF.CPP.
