The last SumatraPDFopt build should be 3.2.11036. 10036 was some pre-3.1 build. Could you fix the folder name, please?
BTW. Are you going to create any new build?

Yes, it is a 3.2 prerrelease from 2018. Can you please point what the 3.1 and 3.2 release builds were?
I will need to update lots of my scripts in order to continue updating it, and since official builds are OK to me, I prefer to spend my time in FileOptimizer.
