Today I made some recompression tests with my jpeg files and wanted to optimize the used plugins in fileoptimizer. I disabled some plugins, which I do not need and slow down the compression progress.
I wanted to understand, which plugins are fast and get the best compression for my jpeg files.
To get more infos I activated the log level to information. Great feature!

I add some plugins to the deactivation list and found out, that FileOptimizer disable other jpeg plugins by itself! Why?

I prefer the mozjpegtran optimizer and in some cases it get deactivated by deactivated other plugins! It is a good and great tool. It delivers the best compression and is very compatible with many picture programs (e.g. Photoshop).

Some of the plugin tools have the partial word in the name.

If you disable jpegtran in the plugin mask, you will disable mozjpegtran, too! That is stupid.

I disabled other plugins and get the same result.
Please let the users decide for themselves which plugins they need!
