    Hello

First sorry for the translation I made it with Google. I hope it will be clear.

In the announcements of FileOptimizer 12.70.2280 (x64), I think there must be one or more that are infected. Before yesterday when I opened the software, I had a window and a voice message saying that I was infected and that I had to call a phone number (the same kind of infected ads that can be found on Facebook) :

I can not participate financially so I do not mind posting ads. But because of this problem, I wanted to make them disappear. But impossible to get there. after checking the box and clicking OK, I received this message asking me to install Java:

Something that I did not do well. I closed the window with the little cross. I went back to the options and the box to make the ads disappear was not checked. I checked it again and clicked Ok and a new window:

This time impossible to close the window. I was forced to completely close the software from the task manager. When I restarted more ads (the box was checked). But this morning by opening the software the ads were back! and always get message saying that I am infected. I can not use the software anymore.

I am sorry to hear that. I also noticed it, they are not infiected, but too much aggresive ads in FO.

I have been willing to change to another ad network, but unfortunately have no alternatives yet.

Yes, something you may want to consider, because this isn't really what you want appearing in your in software:

It's true that I'm talking about infection of ads. It's not really an infection, as if a code had been injected from the outside, but rather scams (at least for phone support).

Have you ever tried, more or less regularly, crowdfunding campaign?

Just a note here that I've had "Remove Ads" checked off (because of similar issues as described here) and just had an issue where an audio ad played through the application (for camgirls, no less) that didn't stop until I killed the application process. This is concerning as I want to help promote and recommend this software (only found this out while leaving the application open while working on a corporate blog article), but this is a major red flag.

I can understand you would disable ads to avoid that annoyance Courtney Grimes.
Please feel free to do it.
I am still looking for a better ad network, but no luck yet and no suggestions neither.
Let me know your review, will be glad reading it.

I did some tweaks to the ads, and according to my tests, issues are now solved.
Please let me know if everything is fine now.

    Thanks.

My ESET also reported blocked malicious connections. I had to firewall FO. Not viruses, no ads...
