For your information I got a sample OGG at 4,879,515 bytes. With FileOptimizer 15.80 it was optimized to 4,852,249 bytes.
But adding the new OptiVorbis to the chain, it got squeezed to 4,590,844 bytes.

Pls make option/ enhance command line with "-vendor_string_action empty --comment_fields_action delete" to maximize size reduction

New version was just released, so updated one will come in 1 or 2 months, once more changes are available.
