Dear Vimal,

NAND schematic can be easily found on the web, for example 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NAND_gate .
The nodes in a strange form like "a_459_627#" are nodes that are 
automatically named by some program, to avoid these strange names, you 
can manually rename nodes either in the program you use or in the 
resulting spice file.
