Use the .csparam command to send a .param into the .control section like

.PARAM pippo=100 po=20
.PARAM pp={pippo + po}
.csparam pp = {pp} ; you might choose any other name
R1 0 _net0 {pp} tc1=0.0 tc2=0.0
V1 _net0 0 DC 0 SIN(0 1 1 0 0 0) AC 1 ACPHASE 0
