[Ngspice-users] Warnings when using TSMC 0.18um models.

Goodday,

I am using HSpice models from TSMC for 0.18um; it are BSIM3V24 (LEVEL=49, VERSION=3.24)  models.
I get the following warnings for when doing simulations with the models:
	unrecognized parameter (n) - ignored	unrecognized parameter (tlev) - ignored	unrecognized parameter (tlevc) - ignored	unrecognized parameter (sfvtflag) - ignored
Simulation seems to run fine. Does anybody know what these parameter are ?
