Well, I had to do one late-night attempt at this.  I got to this point:

But the distribution seems to be missing the two files d_hdl_vpi.c and
d_hdl_vlog.c.  I can't find them anywhere, so the scripts fail at the
iverilog-vpi command.

I did a "find" command on the ngspice directory tree but it came up
with nothing.  All the other files for d_hdl, adc, and examples are
there.
