Dear All, If your parameters are in the form of the model card (.MODEL CMOSP PMOS LEVEL = xx) for BSIM 3 or 4, you probably do not need to change the configuration. BSIM models are already in NGSPICE. Just add the model card to your circuit description. I didn't use NGSPICE for a while, so correct me if I am wrong.
