Is there any paper or some other documentation about the your work? Or any
detailed description about the work that you pretend to implement in

Hello,

I am just finishing a course in Analog Circuit Simulation by Dr. Karti
Marayam (should recognize him from the source) and for my final project have
implemented a parameter optimizer based on the genetic algorithm. 

I have snooped around in the source and documentation and can't find any
mention of an optimizer. If ngspice needs one, I would be willing to
implement one.
