Hi Lucas, few correction to my own mail: I know the PTM models and accept them as a nice test vehicle (used them often by own). And I know they stuck in a older bsim4 version - 4.2. But since version 4.5 ongoing Berkeley has added the instance parameter delvto and so has ngspice too. From my opinion it makes more sense to change the "version" parameter in the model cards and make your tests with the higher version models. We have had the discussion to update old version models to the features and bug-repairs of the actual version often here in the list (just now with the SC/SCA bug in 4.5). I want avoid this additional effort and spend them in more meaningful things. If your concern is more to a more compatible and efficient MC implementation then you are free to contribute. If you need help don't hesitate to contact me (off-line).
