Dear Glao, This sounds great! She wants to share with us her work on homotopy and continuation methods. This will enhance ngspice convergence capabilities on OP analyses. As Glao wrote, nobody worked on this particular topic in ngspice and the only available material was a thesis with the basic theory and API of the implementation but not the actual code. Glao. do you know if Homspice has been used and updated recently ? Sure we give this initiative a space in the web site :) Ciao, Paolo On Jan 14, 2009, at 7:18 PM, Dezai G wrote: > Hy Guys > > Some months ago i have asked to Prof Ljiljana Trajkovic of Simon > fraser university if she wanted to share here experience on the > Homspice project with NGSPICE. > She agree with the idea and requested that all contributors to > these projects be given appropriate credit. > Now she has located a student ready and able to work on this > project this summer. > > I think it is a great news for the project. > > I propose that an appropriate place be given on the website on this > merging between HomSpice and NgSPICE and the name of prof Trajkovic > be invoked. > > I join the proposal of the collaboraton. > > What do you think about this ? > > D G > > > > > > > > > > > > > <MITACS_BC- > India_propsal_trajkovic > .pdf > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > This SF.net email is sponsored by: > SourcForge Community > SourceForge wants to tell your story. > http://p.sf.net/sfu/sf-spreadtheword_______________________________________________ > Ngspice-devel mailing list > Ngs...@li... > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/ngspice-devel |
