Adding/Deleting sources is not supported up to and including nfsen-1.2.4
This feature was introduced in snapshot 20060215. See various mail in the archive concerning add/delete sources. If you want to play with that, it's recommended to install latest snapshot-20060728.

This snapshot btw. also supports the sub hierarchy model from nfdump-snapshot.
