When installing NfSen, you specified these userids/groupids in the nfsen.conf file. It makes sure, that permissions fit to access/create/modify files. It seems, as the php script does not run commands
under the configured uid www, but instead uid 33. So make sure your configured $WWWUSER matches, with the uid, your webserver runs commands.
