[Newos-developers] Dreamcast build fixes/problems

Attached is a patch that allows the sh4 arch to build, as well as a log of
what happened when I attempted to boot newos on the Dreamcast.

I'm still getting up to speed in regards to what's going on in the source,
so it'll be a few before I can diagnose what happened.

Any ideas?
