Have encountered this problem on my Debian (Sarge) and
SuSE 9.1 machines but didn't on SuSE 8.2 machine which is
the only one I can get NetJuke running on. I put the problem
down to the other two distros using Apache2.

If you check your MySQL or Postgre database (you don't say
which you are using) then you will probably find that the
headers have been added. Once I got into this condition I had
to delete the database else the next time I got the error that
the installer cannot be used with this version because the
dababase already exists and that the upgrade option should
be used. This also then failed.

I gave up and settled for Suse8.2 & Apache which works
great.
