#2257 Memory leak in netsnmp library with v5.6.1

Hi,

              Actually I’m facing memory leaks problem with latest version\(v 5.6.1 and 5.6.1.1\) of netsnmp lib. When I try to build and run the same program with older version \(v 5.4.1.2\), it run without any leak. I tried it only on windows and leak is reported there,

So could you please look into this.
