junkfile patch resubmitted

By the nature of temporary files it does not make sense to
show them in the Open Previous list, thereby removing non-
temporary files that you would like to open again.
It's such a tiny thing, and obviously useful, cannot be
done with a macro, so why can't it be committed?

IMHO, nedit has no notion of temporary files. To me, and
probably nedit too, a temporary file _is_ a file. I'm not sure if
it would serve much purpose segregating them.
Having said that, I don't object to committing the patch, as
long as there're others that find it useful.
