#90 Wait option for nc

We need the -wait option for nc that allready was
proposed with patch #403647.

As we startnedit through a script, doing some automatic
conversions for files, from a file-manager which should
handle all nedit sessions via a single server, and
cleanup temp. files after each nedit ends.

So starting via nc currently cleans the file up, before
even nedit can open it.
So we need an option to nc (-wait) which will wait with
returning unless the files specified are closed.

I have done a few changes after I proposed patch #403647,
but nothing big.
I have used this feature for several years now and I propose
that we commit it. I consider the remaining issue to very
minor, and I'm sure that some collective effort will fix it
as soon as the patch has been applied.

I will provide an up-to-date patch (soon).

Tested now on HP-UX 10.20 with nedit-5.4rc1.

Works great, even keeps track if the files supplied on the
command line have been closed (so you can open new files
from within nedit, but nc will exit when those specified on
the CL exits).
