nco 4.6.3 fails tests, then fails to send

I can provide the build log on Linux as the test fails to send directly.
If I use a new gcc 5.4 in /usr/local, I get antlr errors which is in /usr installed via yum 2.7.7
The error log using gcc from yum install /usr 4.4.7 is as below.
Are the errors significant or can I ignore.
