NAPS2 unable to scan

#916 NAPS2 unable to scan
Before I updated to WIN11, I was able to scan using NAPS2. Now all I get is a message saying "scanner is offline". I have powered down my modem, I have uninstalled and reinstalled NAPS2, I have check connections, and I still get the message saying scanner is offline. I have tried contacting Microsoft through virtual assistant, but then a screen opens with the messsage "I am not the owner of the problem". My printer works fine (Canon Pixma MP560). Would appreciate any help.

It is my problem two, nasp2 doesn´t work on winn 11. My printer/scanner is brother MFC 9332 and HP M2070W.
My Viren Scan is bitfender.
I get same message since yesterday
