Has anyone else seen this? I have scanned the same document a number of times using the native scanner drivers and NAPS2. Each time with NAPS2 irrespective of driver and configuration the top is cut off by a few pixels.
It's extremely frustrating because otherwise NAPS2 would be perfect for what I need.

I do have a similar issue, but it happens with NAPS2 and the software bundled with my Printer/Scanner. I've concluded that it a hardware design fault with the Scanner.
My unit is a Brother MFC-L2710DW, and it fails to scan the top 4-5mm of any page. I hadn't noticed until I happen to scan an item with an edge bleed.
