Here is an error I am getting (see below)

Also, all my edit funtions are all greyed out and unusable.**
The stack trace do not show any errors but there could be the following described situation:
In the tour editor there is an action in the toolbar which can toggle the tour editor between the read and edit mode, the tour editor actions are described here: http://mytourbook.sourceforge.net/mytourbook/index.php/documentation/tools/tour-editor#actions
