It's possible copy & paste the tag? no, but from the context menu you can easily acess the recently used tags
I don't know what the error in the first image is but for the error in the second image it is possible that there was no network connection. To cleanup wrongly cached map tiles you can Reload Failed Map Images from the map 2D context menu http://mytourbook.sourceforge.net/mytourbook/index.php/documentation/show-tours/tour-map#map-context-menu You can also test if the map tails are available by using the provided urls, e.g. http://tile.openstreetmap.org/6/33/21.png
The application is trying to save temp files into your folder "C:\Users\Roger.eclipse\" but it fails. It is possible this folder is readonly, can you check this. You do not need to install Eclipse all required plugins are in the .exe file. You can start MTB with a console where you can see what is going on in the background: "C:\Program Files\MyTourbook\mytourbook.exe" -debug -consolelog I've attache a log for a normal start

Which version of Java are you using? Java 9+ will not work. Java 8 is supported until 2020 https://www.java.com/en/download/release_notice.jsp until then I have to move MTB to Eclipse 4.x, currently it is working with Eclipse 3.8.2 the last 3.x version. I'll update the website with this notice
